So WHAT do we actually DO? There are two branches to our business: coaching and consulting. We are professional coaches and experienced consultants.
Under COACHING, crossing borders offers Life, Business & Executive coaching to individuals, companies and organisations worldwide.
Under CONSULTING, crossing borders offers Business Management and Strategic Marketing Support to small and medium-sized enterprises as well as corporations worldwide, mainly in the UK & Europe
Our DUAL SERVICE means that we provide coaching and consulting as wholly SEPARATE functions OR as linked and INTEGRATED programmes. For example, there are often marketing projects incorporating coaching at the end of the assignment. This might be coaching specific directors or managers, or coaching entire sales teams individually or as a group.
